Reservations & Cancellations

We ask that you please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time to fill out any required forms and relax in our lounge. Arriving late may reduce the time of your treatment in order to ensure the next client will not be delayed.

A Gift Certificate number or major card is required to secure a reservation for multiple spa services and or spa parties and groups.

Please provide 24 hours notice if you must cancel or reschedule an appointment (48 hours for groups) in order to avoid a 50% cancellation fee. No shows or missed appointments without notification will be charged in full if we are unable to rebook that time with another client.

Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates are available for all services, packages and dollar amounts. They may also be redeemed over multiple visits.

Phone or email orders are gladly accepted. We will have your order wrapped and ready for pick-up or ask us about our mail and courier service.

Gift Certificates are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash.

Gift Certificates for services (not a dollar value) that have not been redeemed within one year will be honored at its original purchased price.

Maintaining our Environment

In order to maintain a peaceful environment for all our clients, we ask that cell phones be turned off while in the spa. Children under 12 are not permitted in the spa at any time.

For your convenience, we accept Checks, Cash, American Express, Discover, Visa, Mastercard and Debit.
