I was there a couple months ago and I'm actually going back tomorrow. There is a lot to say about how amazing my first experience was as that I live about 1hr and 30 min away. There are many spas in my area but I'd rather drive to synergy because of my experience there. I would recommend gary as a therapist anytime, he was amazing!

I have been going to this spa since its opening and enjoy a great massage every time! They also offer wonderful nail serivces. I love their pedicure room...so relaxing...perfect for friends!

I have never had a massage before and am currently almost 8 months pregnant. Just this morning I went and had a prenatal massage done by Allison. I arrived a few minutes early and was greeted immediately, given some paperwork to fill out since I am a new customer, and was taken back to the waiting area. It was very calming in the waiting area. I liked the low lighting, soft music and candles. Allison took me into the room and we chatted about what to expect and if I had any questions. I was given plenty of time to get undressed/dressed. The table was so comfortable for me with a giant body pillow. Allison used just the right amount of pressure in all of my aching areas! She made sure that I was comfortable. I would definitely say that my 1st massage experience was a great one. I hope to go back again in the future.

I went to the "Girls Nite In" party at Synergy last week and discovered my new favorite thing--pain free smile whitening! I am one of those people who paid $300 for professional tooth whitening at the dentist, with the trays, the goop, the whole nine yards. It worked, but it was so incredibly painful to me for weeks and weeks that I have never been able to psych myself up to do it again. I am too sensitive for laser whitening. I have tried the over the counter strips, the toothpaste, etc, and none of it worked well for me. I had almost given up, and then I encountered the BleachBright system at the Synergy party. This treatment had a long line that night! They said it was good for people with sensitive teeth. I thought, what the heck, I'll try it. I sat down with a few other ladies at the light machine and put the special trays in my mouth for 20 minutes. The technicians kept checking to see if I was becoming too sensitive, but I gave them the thumbs-up signal. So far, so good. After the time was up, we checked my teeth and they had lightened up 3 shades. Pain free. I am ecstatic and will definitely be doing this again! White teeth are the very best beauty secret--they make you look younger, brighter and healthier! Maybe this is botox for the teeth? :) I have been using my "maintenance pen" and am thrilled to report great results and still no sensitivity. A note about the spa: I have had several treatments here in the past and have always been happy with the atmosphere and the professionalism of the employees. I feel like they really have your best interests at heart and would not recommend treatments that would not be suitable just to get the money. You can tell they take a lot of pride in the trust that the clients have built with them. I do not often get to treat myself, but when I have a little extra money, this is a place that I always feel like I got a good quality service, a true treat. I would not hesitate to recommend the services at Synergy.

Consistently pleasant reception area & workers. I tend to schedule massages on short notice, and have enjoyed a variety of therapists at Synergy. They are all great! Attentive, deliver on requests for specific pressure or extra work in certain areas. The setting is superb. I feel good the minute I go through their doors, and am never ready to leave.

I'm new to the area and have tried several spas and Synergy is my FAVORITE! The entire staff is wonderful and I love that they remember me. The massages are fantastic, the facials are relaxing and the manicures and pedicures are the best in town. I love this spa!

I have really enjoyed my visits to Synergy Spa! The massages are amazing as well as the microdermabrasion! The staff is so friendly, they really helped me with picking my skin care products! They have awesome monthly specials as well as drawings that I have entered and won tickets to a play in Raleigh!

I have been going to Synergy for about three years. The massages are the best I've had in town and the add on services are great too. Stop in for a mani/pedi or take a little extra time for a spa package - trust me it's worth it. Staff is always nice and personable.

I have tried several other day spas in the Raleigh area and came to Synergy for the first time recently on a recommendation from a friend. I had one of their specialty pedicures done by Miranda and was THRILLED with the results. No one has been able to get my feet that smooth and hydrated before. I booked with her again recently for one of Synergy's mani+pedi specials and again got great results. I'm scheduled for a facial with Jessica and Brazilian wax with Miranda in the next couple of weeks. The front desk staff is helpful and friendly. Once you get inside of the spa you really forget where you are. It's quiet, calm, and relaxing. I am so happy to have found my "spa home" here in Raleigh. I would highly recommend Synergy to anyone looking for a top quality spa experience!

I've tried MANY different spas in Raleigh/Durham over the past few years, and all left something to be desired. I found this online (I was actually looking for something near Hereghty Bakery), and tried it because of the rave reviews. They weren't wrong! I went with my two best friends - our first excursion together in over 2 years, since all 3 of us had babies. As I found it and made the reservations, I was a bit nervous....because if they had a bad experience, it would have been a reflection on me. First of all the atmosphere is fabulous. Very well decorated and serene, with an 'inner' waiting room and lockers. Two of us got the spa pedicure - I was first of all pleasantly surprised by the room....no tacky vinyl vibrating chairs! There are custom, very plush couches, with beautifully tiled basins. I was afraid since we were sharing one technician, she would rush thru one of us to get to the other. We had Samara - and she was absolutely excellent. She gave us each our full our, and honestly the best pedicure we've ever had. I also loved that she talked with us when we initiated conversation (and was very fun to talk to), but didn't when we had our eyes closed and wanted to relax. Our friend had a massage with Georgia (whom she raved about), and was able to come into the room and sit and chat with us for the remainder of our time there. We all 3 had gift certificates (which can be touchy at some places) - but checkout was a breeze and the receptionist was great. We all made appointments to return before we left (I'm going this Monday for my first massage in 5 years - I know I won't be disappointed). If you go, definitely go next door for coffee and chocolate dessert - it made the whole afternoon perfect.

I have been to many spas in the triangle area, and this was definitely my best experience. The waiting area is peaceful with dark wood and several beverage options. My treatmeant was a combination massage-scrub that lasted for 90 minutes. The therapist was excellent with catering the pressure to my needs, and even gave me the leftover lotion to take home for an extra hydration the next day! I'll definitely be back!

The spa was great! Very clean and the customer service was excellent!!! The atmosphere is super relaxing! It makes you not want to leave... All in all its a great place to relax and get away for a while... We also went to there last night and were informed by the ower about the some of the products that are used and we even got to sample some of the services they offer.!! It was wonderful and informative!! We loved it to say the least!!! Oh they also gave out goodie bags and had some pretty tasty food. Everyone should have a getaway here at least twice a year!!!!!!

So I have never been to a spa and really didnt think that I would have an interest in spending money at one. My friend for her birthday went to Synergy and said it was awesome. Then they had a summer skin care event, which I was basically dragged there by my friends. When I got there we sat down felt a litle weird at first but then I got use to it. They had complimentary food and free services. It was GREAT. The staff was very friendly. They went over the basics of some skin care and then gave us a free consultation and a hand facial and a good bag as we were leaving. The place was very relaxing and everything was kept neat and clean. I am already planning to go have a day at the spa, and I will do it at Synergy.

Just would like to say that Synergy Spa has exceeded my expectations. The massages I have received at the very gifted hands of Amanda have alleviated the pains I once suffered with for years. Swedish massage/deep tissue massage has changed my life. The personal interest taken by Amanda and her spot-on recommendations have helped me physically to get to a better place. Synergy Spa's relaxing and calming atmosphere is the best in the Triangle.

There is NO need to drive out of the triangle area anymore for a great massage. The interior design in Synergy Spa is very elegant and calming. The soothing music played throughout the spa is so relaxing. The massages are amazing. I've had two deep tissue massages- and the massage therapists were very professional and receptive to sections of my body that needed more attention. The staff is great and the technicians for beauty treatments are fantastic. I will only get my eyebrows done at Synergy Spa now! :-) Escape your stress and treat yourself to a spa day!

Being new to the area, and a regular spa goer in both Arizona and California, it took some time to find a place I really felt "at home". I tried a few of the local spas before researching and looking for recommendations. The reviews I read here prompted me to come for a visit...and I was skeptical, but the reviews really speak the truth about Synergy. Client appreciation, being greeted so warmly, fantastic services that truely are special, emaculately clean, ...I could go on an on. I loved it and will be back often.

Synergy spa is one of the best places to go and receive excellent care. They know their product and also are current with all of their techniques. Synergy makes you very comfortable when you arrive. Anna is the owner and she really tries to get new and innovative services that you just can't get anywhere else. The staff is great and is specialized in many different things. You can't go wrong at this spa. I have recently moved to Atlanta and have been looking for that kind of feel. Thats a hard thing to do when you come from something that really is high on the list. I would recommend this to anyone. If your looking for a job this is something you should check out. It is a great opportunity. If you have never been to synergy you need to check it out. This is the first massage I've had since moving here from So. California, and I know I've found a place I'll go back to again and again. The Swedish Massage with hot stones was amazing.

I moved to the area 4 months ago and have been looking for a place to get my facials and on a recommendation (and seeing the reviews on citysearch) decided to try Synergy Spa. I am so happy I did! The therapist (Jessica) is excellent. She was very professional, knowledgable, and sincere. Her friendlness made this an especially rewarding experience for me. I'll be back and look forward to other treatments. I was unrushed, unpressured, and most importantly listened to.

My husband and I have tried several spas since moving to the Raleigh-Durham area about a year and a half ago. We keep coming back to Synergy because we get great service from people who know what they are doing in a relaxing, luxurious environment. I always like when a message therapist takes the time to talk to you about your body, problems you may have been having, and then tailors the experience to your needs. The facials I have received have been amazing--better than anywhere. The products they use are great, and the technician is happy to provide advice on which products to use without any hard sell. I also like that they are open on Sunday.

Having lived on the west coast for 10+ years, I became spoiled for day spa services. After searching around the Triangle for 5+ years, where something always seemed to be "missing", I've found my place! I booked a facial and was undecided about which add on service I wanted -- peel, microdermabrasion, etc., so just picked one at random. After a flawless check-in, a relaxing cup of blueberry tea in the lounge (which the staff allowed to cool just a bit so it wasn't scorching), and taking in the soothing atmosphere -- dimmed lights, light music, warm colors -- my facial lady appeared (sorry I can't remember her name right now). We went into the treatment room where we talked a bit about what results I was after, she took a few minutes to look at my skin under the lights, and she recommended a different add-on than the one I chose, which was actually *less* expensive. The treament was fantastic, lots of little "extra touches" like full arm & hand massage that left my skin soft and glowing, and the skin on my face looked dramatically better from when I walked in. Had another cup of tea in the lounge while she (at my request) pulled some of the products she used and placed them up front. She spent several minutes with me going over the products, and I picked two to bring home (which I love). I've already booked my next appointment and plan on being a regular customer. Can't wait to try their other services.

This Spa is wonderful...I can honestly say that I no longer need to head west to Asheville or south to Pinehurst for a day at the spa. The prices are fair, and the service is delightful. I can't wait to make my next appointment!

I came in for a massage a few weeks ago and I have to say this was by far, the best massage I have ever had. My experience with massage therapists is rather extensive, having gone to numerous spas on the west coast in the past...Garrie (the therapist at Synergy) left me totally refreshed and was so exacting with his technique and skill. I have come here in the past for other services which have consistently been outstanding. I HIGHLY recommend this spa for any service but am extra ecstatic to have found a place where the environment is unpretentious, simple yet elegant and with a staff as professional as this. The front desk personnel was also very helpful in making the proper recommendation to me. Kudos to whoever created this wonderful retreat.

I received a gift certificate to Synergy and just redeemed it. I had a fabulous Swedish massage with hot stones from Amanda. She did such a good job- I was totally relaxed and comfortable! They used several extras that I really liked- the room smelled great and a warm aromatherapy eye and neck pillow at the end were a great finishing touch. I actually think that my treatment went over by 15 minutes, which is great- definitely not rushed. I was so blissed out at the end that I don't think I said thank you properly. I would recommend trying Synergy!

Synergy is the closest thing I have found to California Spas. The treatments are very progressive. I like that they are always on the cutting edge. I work across the street from Synergy and never knew it was there until I received a gift certificate from work. I decided to use my gift certificate for a pedicure and it was wonderful! The atmosphere is so relaxing and my pedicure was fantastic and lasted for weeks. That was almost a year ago, and I've been thinking about that place ever since! I finally decided to pamper myself and schedule a facial. Well, it's only been 2 weeks and I cannot wait to go back again. It was the most relaxing and fabulous thing I have ever done for my skin. I had an appointment with Danielle and she really took the time to talk with my about my skin and my concerns - which include dryness and rosacea. She picked my treatments based on this and did not do anything that would irritate my rosacea. She recommended one product instead of trying to change my whole routine, so that we would know if it was helping my skin. It's been almost two weeks now and my skin is not dry at all. I can't wait to go back for another facial. I highly recommend Synergy!

Synergy Spa has provided me with skin treatment options that have improved my skin tone, texture and overall satisfaction with how my skin looks and feels -- with and without makeup! I have been very pleased with my skin expert Samara, and her ability to create skin management plans that fit into my lifestyle. It is wonderful to be able to receive such clinical recommendations without stepping into a dermatologist's office! The staff at Synergy stays on top of new and suggested treatment options with classes and conferences -- this is important to me -- I like knowing that I am always being offered the most effective options out there. I will continue to go to Synergy for years to come! Go for the facial but make sure you stay for the massage!!!

My name is Emily P. and I recently spent an entire day at Synergy. Having the luxury of time and great friends with me, I took advantage of many of the services they offered. I cannot say enough good things about the services, people and environment. It was all fantastic. I have visited many spa's around the country and the moment I arrived at Synergy, I could tell it was going to be something special. The day began with fresh berries and tea followed by an hour and a half massage, oxygen facial and a hot stone pedicure/manicure. All three technicians did a wonderful job to make me feel comfortable and made sure that I was getting exactly what I needed/wanted from each service. If you are looking for the perfect spa experience in Raleigh, Synergy is the place to go.

As a forty-something man who had never experienced a manicure, let alone a pedicure, I was a bit apprehensive when I received a gift from Synergy Spa including a gentleman's manicure, facial, and pedicure. My apprehension melted away with the warmth and comforting understanding of the staff at Synergy Spa. Each staff member explained each procedure as well as their high standards for cleanliness and safety. Since my trip to Synergy Spa, I thought I'd try a manicure at a "bargain" nail salon in the mall, and let's just say that the comfort, safety, and assurance I experienced at Synergy Spa is certainly worth the modest additional expense. I can't wait to go back!

Even though I have only been there once, the service was out of this world! I was there to get a skin treatment ans before I left, I knew how to properly take care of not only the affected area but the rest of my skin as well. The atmosphere was amazing and it put me at ease from the moment that I walked in. I am going to go back and be pampered again-Mind, Body adn Soul! I highly recommend this place!

I had an agonizing pain in my neck for over 6 months. There was literally a knot in my neck that was so uncomfortable. I had been to a physical therapists for months with no results. One Saturday morning I woke up and decided that I was really tense and wanted to treat myself to a massage. Synergy fit me in for a same day appointment and that is when the healing began. The massage therapist gave me a full body massage but concentrated heavily on working out the knot that was is my neck. It was a miracle. When I left Synergy my pain was 80% better then it had been in months and within 2 days after that the pain and knot had completely disappeared. They are the best and the atmosphere is wonderful.

I first visited Synergy based on it's CitySearch rating and was not disappointed. In fact, I returned two weeks after my first pedicure for a second one and I brought two out-of-town friends. We had a great time and all got lovely pedicures and manicures. Although all three of the nail technicians I've met have been friendly and highly competent, I especially enjoy spending time with Rhonda. This is now my "regular" spa.

This has become my favorite Spa in Raleigh. I went with high expectations and standards (because I always expect the best), and they went above and beyond. I've been there when the owner was there and wasn't there...and the staff is always courteous and accommodating without hesitation. Some spas are much different when the owner leaves...but not this one. Always friendly and down-to-earth. My massage was excellent. I've been back many times since then, and will continue to return. The atmosphere is great...and very relaxing. Great prices (I've been to other spas with outrageous prices and the service was half what this spa provided). If you live here or are visiting here, I'd encourage you to visit Synergy because this place is what makes Raleigh such an up-and-coming city. (And I'm not friends with anyone at Synergy or know any of them personally, so I really mean what I say. I just really support good business ethic.) -Tucker

Knowledgeable, friendly staff in a soothing atmosphere to calm anyone's stress. Synergy Spa has beautifully decorated massage and treatment rooms, as well as lounge areas. I've received facials, massages, pedicures and a manicure.....all with superb service from the Synergy staff. This is such a great place to treat yourself; and with evening hours, makes it even more convenient for those of us that work during the day. Way to go Anna....your Spa is the best!!

I was recommended to Synergy Spa by a friend. Well what a find it was. I was greeted by a very efficeient and friendly front desk and shown to the relaxation area. I was greeted on time by the therapist who was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly and who I also found out later was the Spa Manager. We discussed my concerns and my treatment was started. I had come because of pain in my lower back that had been troubling me. Nicolette only worked on my back as she said that focusing there would bring me relief as well as some stretching, when the treatment was complete she placed a heat pad on my lower back and allowed me to lie there for a few minutes, it was wonderful no rush no stress I really enjoyed my treatment. Synergy Spa provides a haven and santuary which is so needed in Raleigh, the Spa is beautiful and preofessional and provides five star excellent service to all it's guests. Having been to other Spa's I feel that Synergy has set a need trend in the Business by the Standard of the service that they provide. Well done to all concerned, now I have just to find another reason to return as my back pain is gone.

This is the last spa you will ever need to visit. They have the best staff and the best services and products. The staff is always so helpful and courteous. I love their pedicure room especially, so calming and relaxing, but they make you feel like royalty. I look forward to trying a massage one day, as well as the rest of their services. I have only had one treatment at Synergy Spa, however after going once I would be crazy to go anywhere else. The atmosphere, service, and quality of this spa is unmatched by any other spa that I have been to. I had a pedicure done at Synergy and it lasted much longer than any I have had before. It is a great place to go to treat yourself and relax, and the staff makes sure that you are comfortable and enjoy your experience. I would without a doubt recommend this spa to everyone!

I have been going many years to Spas within the Triangle from big to small but have always been let down, the large Spa's are impersonal and cold and the small ones dont really get it. I have found Raleigh's best kept secret, what this spa might lack in large open spaces, it makes up for in consistantly providing excellent services and therapists. I have been going for a while now to Nicolette who consistantly is friendly, helpfull and provides a excellent massage. I was recomended to Samara for a facial again the treatment was a gem. Thank you for giving Raleigh something to at last talk about around the Dinner Party table.
