Dr. LeLiever graduated from Queen’s University in Canada in 1974, MD, MSc (Anatomy), he did a residency in Otolaryngology (Head and Neck Surgery) and a fellowship in Otology/ Neurotology and Facial Plastic Surgery. He has held several teaching positions at the University of Texas Medical Branch, Indiana University and UNC. In addition to holding a fellowship with the American Academy of Otolaryngology, American College of Surgeons, Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada, fellow American Neurotology Society, he is the founding physician of Central Carolina ENT (Apex and Sanford locations) where he is still in private practice. Dr. LeLiever holds surgical privilege with both Rex and Wake Hospital.
