Massage Enhancements

Synergy Massages are for a full 45, 60, 75, or 90 minutes. Unlike most traditional spas we do not use any of your treatment time for "turning the room around". Instead we include an additional 15 minutes in between each appointment. This insures that our guests’ receive their full massage time, a proper pre and post consultation and plenty of time to dress without feeling rushed.

Massage Enhancements

Any of the below can be added into your existing treatment time to enhance and increase the benefits of your massage.

Allergy Sinus- A blend of peppermint and eucalyptus oils, combined with pressure point therapy help to release sinus pressure and symptoms associated with tension headaches. We recommend also adding a cold stones enhancement for an even greater benefit.

Cold Stones- A great addition to the allergy sinus enhancement for headache sufferers. Stones may be added to the body or to the face to reduce inflammation in muscles or sinus area.

Arnica Rosemary Muscle Melt- Rosemary and Arnica is incorporated to reduce soreness, swelling, bruising and further relieve tense tight muscles.

Muscle and Joint Relief- A shea butter balm featuring Lavender, Marjoram, Eucalyptus, and Ravenswood produce a calming, anti-spasmodic, and anti-inflammatory response which helps with aches, sprains and pains, allowing the body to better heal itself.

Express Body Polish- A gentle full body exfoliation using a microfiber exfoliating glove helps to slough way dead skin cells allowing for softer smoother skin.

OSEA Organic Anti-Aging Body Balm and Undaria Oil- Both of these products will be used throughout your massage. They are rich in Omega 3-6 fatty acids, algae and antioxidants. In addition, this powerful combination is calming for the central nervous system, reduces the appearance of stretch marks and ultimately promotes healthy firm skin.

15 extra minutes will be added to your massage time when you select one of the below enhancement options.

Swe-Thai- Thai table (assisted) stretching techniques and muscle compression will be incorporated throughout your massage for a deeper muscle relaxation.

Sweet Dream- A blend of cypress, lavender and peppermint essential oils are incorporated in with hot stones placement and reflexology to create a state of pure relaxation much like that of a deep sleep.

30-35 extra minutes will be added to your massage time when you select one of the below enhancement options.

Reflexology- A wonderful compliment to any massage; specifically applied pressure helps to heal the entire body, not just the prevailing symptoms. Reflexology encourages the body to work naturally to restore its own healthy balance.

Tropical Body Exfoliation - An excellent addition to any massage. A tropical Sugar scrub is applied to the entire body and removed with hot aromatherapy towels.

Undaria Detox Body Tx- Treatment includes a dry glove exfoliation followed by a full body application of OSEA Green Marine Detox Bath Foam. Green Marine contains the purifying power of anti-oxidant rich seaweed, mineral, enzymes and vitamins. This combination helps to reduce water retention and promote skin hydration.

Hydrating Beauty Treatment- A warm Gigartina foaming algae water is applied to the body. This type of algae is beneficial in bolstering the body’s immune system providing anti-bacterial, viral and fungal properties it is also great for reducing water retention. Recommended for those suffering from eczema and psoriasis, as this foaming algae is known to softening skin.
